Has anybody successfully been able to transfer a large amount of images to their nexus 7 via drag and drop (USB cable) recently? I've tried on two different PC's and two different nexus' now and both end up either just freezing or with a notification that media storage has stopped working?
Both nexus' are up to date and PC's were windows 7 and 8.
