Nexus 9 - does mine have a problem?!?

I've had the tablet about a week, and have used it sporadically. I've read the battery should last quite sometime.

Thing is, just fully charged mine to 100%, left it in idle for 35 minutes... and I'm now down to 98%. No apps installed other than pre-installed Google ones for now. Spent 5 mins writing this post, and battery has dropped to 96%.

Screen brightness set manually to 20% when using.

Does it have an issue do you think?

My battery life was junk until I installed the DU 5.1.1 ROM.
Is Chrome running in the background at all? Chrome seems to destroy the battery on the stock N9 ROM.

Have you got the 5.0.2 update from Google yet? (No idea if this addresses the battery drain issue)
