NFL 2015 Season

Big day of firing!

Bears have fired GM Phil Emery

HC Mike Smith has been fired by the Falcons

Jets have dumped HC Rex Ryan as well as GM John Idzik.

With 49ers HC Jim Harbaugh being dropped yesterday also and more names in the pipeline, it seems no one is safe!! wooooh

****e, Tresmans gone too. the bears are looking looking to change it all up for next season then. For good reason really.

no real surprise on ryan and harbaugh.

chicago i think has more to do with the fact cutler hasn't shown up for the money he's been given, along with all the sniping from other players/staff so the people responsible for that have been shown the door ?

noticed on nfl website :

Cutler will be remembered in Chicago as a coach killer. He ran through four different offensive coordinators, two general managers and two head coaches since arriving in Chicago in 2009. The next Bears coach will have to decide whether he wants to take on Cutler, whose contract will be very difficult to move via trade.

so unless the new coaches can work some magic gonna be a painful few seasons for bears fans.

It has been an awful season for the Titans. That is all.

try looking on the bright side, if they use there draft picks well, could do you some good for next season.

Well, Tresman was brought in because he had been named to QB whisperer. So i think they did have high hopes he could turn cutler around, and he failed. I do think he was judged a bit harshly, but im sure in the end game they want wins and he didn't provide them.

I think i read that cutler might be on his way to the Titans after being benched in week 16, so the bears will need to draft a new QB or stick with Jimmy Clausen. So hopefully next year will be a whole new system with new coach and new QB. only time will tell. ;)

after the way he's played this season i can't imagine the titans are that desperate :D

edit:

it appears the rams judgement on bradford is now starting to line up with mine, talk that they are looking to bring someone in to give him some competition, doesn't help he keeps picking up injuries he cant play through, shame that it sounds like davis isn't going to get much of a look in though :(.

A million packer fans hearts dropped over that Rodgers injury. We dont need that again. Looking forward to the playoff game and I have a feeling Nelson is going to be getting the ball a lot....his inactivity over the last few games must all be setting up for some decent strats against the cowboys.

There are some great divisional round matchups. I think there are very few cut-and-dry games where it's clear who's going to win. Probably the most likely win out of all of them is Denver at home to Indy, I just don't see the Colts having enough to stop Manning and co. I expect the Seahawks to beat the Panthers, but you never know with the way that Panthers D is playing at the moment, Kuechly and Davis are on fire at the moment.

As a Pats fan I worry about playing the Ravens. I think we'll beat them, so long as we play as well as we're capable of playing. The way the O line protects Brady is going to be crucial, Baltimore have some excellent pass rushers and they really beat up Roethlisberger. I honestly think GB vs Dallas is a coin flip, it's an undefeated home team against an undefeated road team. I think the Packers will win a close one, but I wouldn't be surprised if that and the Pats game are the two closest divisional games.

If Rodgers isnt 100% and able to move freely in the pocket we lose instantly - No competition.
GB cant expect Tolzein or Flynn to pick up the pieces because McCarthy will instantly switch to all out running in fear of picks.

Were lucky that we have some good players that have really stepped up to the plate this season: Lacy, R. Rodgers, Cobb, Matthews (BEAST!!) that literally exist to make Rodgers look even better.

oh didnt know we had another packers fan here :)

No way the cowgirls beat the pack ... look how the cowgirls won last week - the famous no call; the lions were all over the cowboys - and we trounced the lions - so therefor GB beats the lions easily :)

be a good game but fully expect the pack to win.

Should be seattle playing the cowboys not the pack

Cowboys was robbed

Technically they got the call right based on the existing rules, but yeah in reality I think they were. The completed pass rule needs looking at, it's ridiculous that if Bryant had caught that and done exactly what he did a couple of yards further forward it would have been called a touchdown.

Manning doesn't look right, he's clearly still carrying injuries. Really it's their defence that's keeping them in this at the moment. At this rate I'd rather the Pats play Denver next week!

Anyone else seeing a Seahawks vs Patriots superbowl?

Can't see the Packers with an injured Rodgers win against that lot up in Seattle, same with the Colts or Denver vs Patriots at home.

More than likely, shame it was such good catch by bryant that really would have turned the game, I'd of liked to see cowboys vs seahawks :(
