NFL 2015 Season

Fascinating game against Jets for the Patriots on Thursday - could not cope with the running game but held on the win with a blocked field goal. Also very interesting that Amendola is now punt returning and did that very well, plus had a great catch for a key TD when he was barely passed to for the rest of the game. Took some injuries though and losing Mayo and Ridley out for the season really does hurt their chances.

Already watched over 10 hours of live NFL today, do I stay up to watch the late game or go to bed? I've got work tomorrow morning, but it wouldn't be the first time I've gone in with about 2 hours sleep after staying up watching NFL all night...

Decision to be made!

Hoping that the finish to the Cowboys-Jags game in a fortnight is half as exciting as today's game, although I expect Dallas will run away with it.

Ouch. Bears season realistically done after the last 2 results. Pats on fire.

Good to see the Wembley game was a close game, and not some dull match again. Also from a UK perspective the early timeslot seems to be nothing but a success.

Commentators blamed the Packers game on Rodgers injury - which imo is complete BS. Our offense complete unravelled due to the Saints rushing all aspects of the game, we were in complete tatters and the countless delay of games penalties really showed it.

oh well on to the next....

oh well, rams battered by KC :(.

thought it might be the case as we showed what we could do against the seahawks in the last game, and we can't seem to string a run of games together.

fair play to KC they were all over us, but some plays we really should have done better, hopefully pick themselves up and do better next game.

2-5 so far, i know hoping for an even season is not really a chance but fingers crossed we at least play better in the rest of the games.

my main worry after the kc game is what the hell denver might do to us :(.

Got my tickets through for the Cowboys and Jaggs game. Only a week-ish to go, looking forward to it!

Hopefully Tony is up for tossing the rock, if his back is better. Would be a shame if he didn't play. We'll see if he plays the Cardinals game.

my post browns rant from three weeks ago

I was wrong Todd Haley please forgive me!

After an inconsistent start to the season my rant has propelled the Steelers to a 3 win streak (admittedly all at home) and I am much more optimistic for the season now.

Currently 6-3 with the next two games at the Jets and Titans. We still have to play the Bengals twice in the final 4 games of the season which will probably decide the AFC North.

Mind you every team in the AFC North currently has a wining record so realistically they all have a chance at the playoffs (even the Browns which I never thought I'd say).

Steelers and Patriots have looked like the best teams in the league the last 2-3 weeks by a long way. Pats could be expected but no idea where the Steelers have pulled this from.
6 TD's 2x in a row...that's pretty insane.

50% of the way through now and other than a few teams you really couldn't say who is best placed to make it into the playoffs.
