nForce 4-Sli Driver confussion.

Can some one point me in the right direction please.

The nForce4 driver selection seems to have grown and has changed.. Does anyone know what version I need for my Asus A8N-Sli Premium?

Yeah the driver page on Nvidia's site is badly organised. I find it hard to check for new mobo drivers for my Epox.

XP or Vista?

the only one that comes near (looking at the version history) is nforce4/nForce500 Series AMD :confused:

but it doesn't say SLi.

The version I have installed at the mo is Nforce4 AMD Sli?

That is the one I was looking at, but like you say it doesn't mention SLI. :rolleyes:

No probs. Let us know if its the right driver package. I really can't understand why Nvidia have re-organised their driver page like this. It just introduces so much doubt and uncertainty that isn't good I reckon.

I don't know if i'm going to get that far.. The installer isn't seeing the SATA drives

I've downloaded the lastest drivers for 3114 from silicon image.

No during the installation of Vista..

I've installed Vista on my workshop PC (I'm using now) no problems but the Gaming PC - nope.. It's not seeing any drives.

Hmm weird. I thought nForce 4 mobos were meant to detect SATA drives without any help.

Have you got a floppy drive? Put the SATA drivers on a floppy disk and do the F6/F8 trick. Sorry if you've already done this.
