Nforce 680i and approved parts for OC. Is there a Thread for newbies on this?

As the Title really. I have built a new rig (See sig) and I dont want to see all this power go to waste so is there a thread anywhere that gives advice on tweeks that can be made to make the system faster yet still remain stable?

I have already activated some of the Options in the Bios (SLi memory and the Auto OC on the GPU). Anything else I should look at?

I actually have a guide from another website that tells you how to overclock an E6600 on that exact board. I used it for my O/C, I'll send it to you if I can find it. Otherwise, check the sticky on overclocking.
