Just saw a quick advert on the Telly tonight advertising the game for the 3rd of November, I love this series, even bought a steering wheel in anticipation of it, anyone else looking forward to it?

PS still no DEMO....

Going on Previous stuff (ad's included) etc..... stuff like that... Game wise, who is looking forward to it, me... in game ad's who cares.... its like trailers ingame..... I just want to race and upgrade.... no console stuff here... anyone??????

Pre-ordered the 360 version few months back, will hopefully make a nice birthday present for myself.

Kinda looking forward to it, but will probably ruin my plans I have for EVE.

Given how utterly awful NFS:MW was, and the fact that EA are adding advertising for extra greediness points, i'm going to pass on this one.

I'l make my mind up when its actually realesed and I can see a few true screenshots + gameplay vids, Don't trust any of this pre-release stuff they show.

Kind of liked NFSMW but it did get a bit boring, suppose Il have to wait and see

I have the Special edition one ordered. Loved the series, and deffo looking forward to the latest edition.

Some of the cars I am looking forwards to racing is the Shelby GT500 '67 and the Koenigsegg CCX

The problem is though, theyre basically the cars shell and nothing more. They never act like their real life counterparts and are never similar performance either, especially after upgrades (where in even most wanted a fiat punto could keep up with a modded lambo or porche).

They need to get the performances of cars more accurate, give you a reason to get the faster and more powerful cars.

its a arcade style racer, if you want accurate performance, weight and handling go play a "serious" racer.

I tried the demo on the 360 and hated it tbh. Test Drive Unlimited and PGR3 is where its at

They also have the bonus of not being filthy ad ware as well

It doesn't have to be serious. Just add a bit of difference performance wise into the cars is all.

I hope they add the effects of flames out of the exhaust for the cars, especially the CCX, Seen a few videos of that car and there are some massive flames coming out the back when u let off the throttle

For Most wanted there was a Black Edition and the standard copy. I had the standard one and played online etc and it was ok, But for online play If i had Black edition would i be able to play against people who had the standard copy?
would this be the same for carbon?
