NFS carbon crashing issues...

Got this game and love it to bits, lol

as with anygame it has issues, graphics are fine, every so often it will either freeze during loading, or just crash back to desktop :S

Anyone else had these issues? is there a patch out for the game like in BF2?

Ya, sometimes it crashes constantly with me, other times just once or twice, and sometimes not for a while. Its EA what do you expect?

lol so im not the only one, very true, lol i dont really mind it crashing just so long as ive saved what ever ive unlocked or im not racing, never crashed during a race thinking about it, takes about 30 seconds to load for me with an e6300, ds3, 2gb of xms2 and a x1800xt so no worries, lol

Mine crashes too! - it crashes on all the PCs I have tried it on.

Thankfully, it has only ever crashed for me during loading, and if it gets to play, it plays just fine ( So far anyway )

Hey, how can you quit the game?

I have to CTRL-ALT-DEL and stop it... Am I missing something?

Random crashes for me too. It's really quite annoying when it happens just after a hard fought race, before it has saved

and to the question above above ^^ press Q at the main menu

yup mine crashes aswell... can be fine for an hour or so, then crash to desktop... so i start again and it can crash a minute after then be okay for yonks lol.

brilliant game tho... i love it, except from the muscle cars... they are a pain in the wanger for handling! too powerful to keep control of them lol.... its a shame they suck nuts for handling, cos they are the fastest cars in my garage lol!
