I've followed these(1 & 2) two guides to get nginx, mysql and php installed on Centos 6.
During the initial setup of Nginx I got the test page up fine and it was accessible via a browser.
However by the time I had finished the second part of the guide neither is the the /wp-admin/install.php displaying but neither is the Nginx test page.
I get error establishing a database connection.
I've been googling around and trying various things to sort the problem but cant figure it out.
If I edit the wp-config.php file and then try and access the site I can see the changes in the browser so it's pulling the page from Nginx but for some reason I have a database issue.
