Nice and simple- what case LED strips and controller?

Hi guys!

Want a really nice RGB LED strip to go in NZXT H440 case.

It can be a short one, around 30cm, to go at the top and shine down...
or a >50cm one to wrap around the whole window.

Either way I've seen them look good so all I'm asking is do OCUK do a good lighting strip, controller and power set? I can't seem to find one, just the LED strips alone. I just want a splash of colour, maybe some fancy flashing etc but no software control or customised lighting patterns are necessary.

Can you recommend me anything?

I'm not aware of OCUK doing these, but have a quick google, you can get some for under £20 with a remote controller.

Personally, I'd recommend the Phobya ones. OCUK don't sell them, but have a Google. I have bought some LED strips from a popular auction site before, but I'd be careful as I had some dodgy ones that didn't last too long. This LED thing is big business now, and there's some shoddy products out there.

Can you solder at all?

get a cheap RGB ebay kit from china and whack it on a molex connector.
This cost me around £6 (little bit of soldering required but my ham fists could do it!)

Thanks guys, these things look awesome. Although I think a good half of the amount of LEDs you have there, skaif, would be fine for me. Those colours are intense!!
