inaccurate in that your hdd temp is 19c and your cpu idla is 18c. going by that, unless your room temp is sub 10c then your readings are wrong.

Air in the case will most likely be warmer than that

Almost certainly the sensor out unless it is stood next toa window with the side off.

well, both my windows have been open all day and its pretty cold now actually. ive just brought my thermo in to see what my room is. will post back with results

i have no front or side on my case... 3 drive bays are empty, i have 2 hdd;s with a fan infront of them. so its pretty airy lol *made up word*

I don't think there's any ways those temps can be right - even if the proccessor was underclocked.

You could probably add 10c or more. You don't have a DFI board of any chance?

Not a chance, unless room temp is around 10 degrees. Buy a front panel bay with thermal probes and attach next to the core.

nah cant be bothered with that. i just thought they were good temps. it is really cold in here. but nevermind

Not too difficult, depends if you flash it from within windows or use a floppy/cd to do it

When you update the bios on the DFI ultra-d will you need to re-install windows or anything like that? or will everything be fine if you just update it?

my DFI ultra-d says its 36 degrees at full load running at 2.6ghz

//side note @StevenG have u got 2 ATI cards running on the same board in dual xpress? what features does this actually give you?
