Well sent my card back the other day and received my replacement 2 days later! That's what I call quick. :D Lol.

That's a few times now I've heard of BFG providing excellent customer service in respects of returns. I guess that extra cost you pay for one of their cards (albeit mostly a minor cost) is worth it :) Definetly seems better than most places at least, for example, Sapphire who are a disgrace.
 
I'm going to send my 8800GTX back (idles at 80'C, means it's noisy all the time), but BFG's policy of the supplied box isn't good enough really peeves me. Their customer support response defending the build-your-own box ridiculousness was:

It is the responsibility of the customer to send the card to the warehouse and it is our responsibility to send the replacement back to you

Not good enough really, even if they don't get funny about whatever packaging I have to rig up, it's an unnecessary stumbling block. I also have to pay postage for their crappy heatsink QC :mad:
