I think I started the same kindof thread a long time ago, but can't really remember.

So basically, post the sites you think are the nicest looking on the net, and give a reason why you like it so much.

Yep agree, the apple site is very nice A clean layout.

For me the only thing that lets it down would be the navigation. I think it would work a lot better with Rollover lnks.

yeah, i think the website is getting a little dated now anyway.

i heard on a mac rumours site that apple recruited several web and flash developers so maybe there might be an overhaul coming soon, who knows

the website has still got to be one of my favourites though :)

ohh nicest looking sites has to have lots of animations, loading bars, whizzing interative menus, music pumping away, and of course! plenty of dead links and no clue to what the site is about or how to find your way around it :)

You have to be a complete idiot to design a website which 'isn't compatible' with the most popular web browser (IE) in the world. What were they thinking!

ridiculous isnt it? I bet it could easily be adapted to be compatible with IE, dont know why they'd rather give up and put a stupid warning up instead.

Gives them a chance to put up a Google affiliate link (Which earns them cash), allows them to preacheth the word of Firefox without people blindly ignoring it and most importantly... they can do what they want :p

I think Brand Neusense is a nice looking site. One of the better implementations of flash (eugh!) I've seen :)

They can, but I won't bother going back. :p

They are missing out work users - try getting a large company to put Firefox on their machines, not happening.
