Nigel Benn comeback

I see Benn is making a comeback although I think it's just for one fight then he'll retire again.

Maybe he needs some money, what do you think?

It's similar to the britpop bands reuniting after many years for a one of gig.

I'll be watching it anyway, seems a fair bit of boxing coming up, never really followed boxing before and I doubt I will after the end of this year.

A bit of reminiscing about the 90's though.

I think watching his son train and fight has brought an old itch back. Hope he doesn't get hurt scratching it.

Boxing is a hard one. Nearly all other sports have avenues for old players to scratch that itch. When most other sports people think "I still got it" at least they can safely try their sport for the most part.

As one of the greatest ever to do it said; "You don't play boxing. You really don't. You play golf, you play tennis, but you don't play boxing."

He’s gonna get bombed out quickly. He hasn’t fought for 23 years. Bika was a world champ just five years ago.

The only was he survives past 3 or 4 is if Bika just treats it as an exhibition and goes easy on him.
