Night out in Nottingham

I know this guy from Newcastle and he told me guys aren't allowed to wear jackets, only tshirt and scarf during the winter otherwise you get beaten up for being a wimp.

Stayed at the Park Plaza a few times and it was nice. 30seconds to the Roebuck Weatherspoons (nice spoons) and down to Market square. 10min walk to teh lace market for nice bars.

Nice bar up towards the castle called BZR, serve lots of Vodkas and do tripples for singles

Or if you are really feeling it, then Ocean the club is at the bottom of the hill. horrible place, but a temple from my student days.

If its for a bunch of lads for a night out then i would go for http://www.holidayinn-expressnottingham.co.uk/ nothing outstanding but it was cheap and is right next to bars and restaurants.

Maybe he was talking about the Big Market where if you dont wear helly hansen (spl?) drink bottles of vodka straight and glass police on sight then they lynch you

Ropewalk has a 2 night minimum stay on the weekends
