Nightmare gtx280

keep getting a crash in crysis,cod 5, red light with gtx280
changed hx620 to tx750
still does it
tried many, many cable combos
rmas the card!!!
still does it
its either the psu or the board im thinking
but both psus were new
ntune stress test says no issue????
please, for the love of........

have you tried the card in another system?

I hope you didn't buy that new PSU just for the 280 You can run 2 GTX280s off 750w comfortably.

I would have tried removing all overclocks then enabling back one by one slowly incrementing them

Did u try on non OC CPU?

Red Light on the card is power realated i belive, i might not be the psu its self could be a cable or even one the adapter as it needs a 6 and 8 pin

Ups - I didn't see that u maention about Red light - it is power issue - as BigBruiserA said.
