Nightmare Office 2007 validation

This is very frustrating. I can't get my legit copy of Office to validate by internet or phone. A chap told me to uninstall which I did, and I've got exactly the same problem. I installed some new hardware today which has prompted the vallidation, but I'm totally stuck now :confused:

Every time I've gone through to a customer service rep as it says my numbers are invalid - which they can't be.

I've got Office Ultimate 2007
