I have the above camera, and i'm looking into the more advanced features. Obviously its not a dslr, but i'm working on that! 
There is not simple way to set the shutter speed ont he camera, but some of the presets control this, such as the 'fireworks' mode which holds the shutter open for 4 seconds....
But in the specs it mentions the following;
4-1/2000 sec for the shutter speed...
I can't seem to get the really quick shutter speeds at all. Say if i want to take a water droplet or splash type shot...Anyone know which mode will give me 1/1000 sec ? or 1/2000 sec? Any help appreciated!
