Looking for a cheap ish lens for close up portrait's for a Nikon D3100.

Any recommendations?

any thought's on Tamron 18-200mm or the Tamron 18-270mm

Just kinda want an all round lens as well for when im out and about.

Although my budget will be squeezed if i went for the 18-270mm
