Hi guys

I have read a lot of reviews and this camera seems to be one of the best around for the £500 price.

Anyway I have bit the bullet and bought one.

It's being delivered tomorrow, between 7am and noon. Looking forward to playing with it tmorrow.

I've had it for the last few months. Minus a few quirks it is a wonderful camera that takes extremely versatile raws

I recommend the Nikon 35mm f1.8g. ~~Reminds me I should really put some stuff on my Flickr.~~ Put some stuff on my Flickr

Good choice, i moved from canon to nikon and have not looked back, Inazuma is right nikon raws are fantastic, their dynamic range is very good.

I also agree with him on the nikon 35mm 1.8g, gives equivalent 52.5mm on DX, is sharp, quick to focus and renders colours well

Well camera arrived this morning. Had a quick play so far, seems great. Feature rich and image quality even with the kit lens is excellent.

My xmas list for my wife are 2 lenses and some filters
