nikon lense recommendations needed

so i have a D5200 i know its nothing special ..next weekend its the local air show and then i have a couple of visits to brands hatch lined up so im looking for a lense that wont break the bank that can get me them nice closed up pics.
sub £200 would be good....

If you can afford to stretch your budget a bit, go for the Tamron 70-300 SP Di VC USD for £239.

If not, best bet would be a used Nikon 55-300 VR for around £175 or 55-200 VR for around £100.

thank you for the suggestion, i probably can push to that.

would the auto focus on both of them work on my d5200? as i understand some do some dont..
the Tamron does look appealing though and will try and read up on it when back home later.

They'll all autofocus on Nikon bodies without AF motors, being AF-S or USD.

I bought one today from Jessops (Tamron 70-300 SP Di VC USD ). really happy with it (just faffing at home) will post some pics up next weekend.
