Hi,

Im on Nildram Max, and my pings are generally very low

Code: 
Pinging jolt.co.uk [82.133.85.65] with 32 bytes of data:

CSS games run at about 150ms, I noticed Interleaving is turned on if i ask them to turn this off will it decrease my pings at all? I was on about 20ms when i was with pipex.

Yes, turning interleaving off will reduce pings.

However, the fact you are pinging 150-400ms indicates to me that your problem is much more than simply having interleaving enabled. Can you try the following:

-Disconnect all other machines on the network (if applicable)
-Make sure no applications are using bandwidth on your PC (especially uploads)
-Run a speedtest to see if the high latency is down to saturated bandwidth
-Try reconnecting your modem/router

Did you ask for interleaving to be used on your line, or was it automatic?

I spoke to nildram to ask them if it was active on my line and the said they 'checked, but they didn't know?' I didn't really follow it up though.

Might have to now :)
