just requested my MAC code / told to email, but i politly told(lied) that i had was told by another adviser that i could do it over the phone and was doing when i got cut off, he promptly issued me with my code
i also asked him about the throttling that was going on and he said that the only port they throttle is port 25 on emails ,hmmmm. so i pointed out everyones problems that are on adslguide, and it was suggested it could be a technical problem to which i replied but if i download from say microsoft it is full speed, he didnt answer to this
seems they are still not being upfront with this or it really is a tech problem, seeing as it started on the weekend i will give it untill next weekend before i use my MAC code just incase it is technical (i know i am being nieve)
i was also quite supprised how quickly i was answered (20 seconds) i was expecting a flurry of calls this morning.
