Does anybody know if nildram throttles torrent downloading,i am currently on eclipse evo 4 and my connection 2 weeks ago was superb running at about 550kb/s down now it is 2 meg speeds 247kb/s down.Phoned the tech guys at eclipse they said everything was ok their end,like they always do.But how come things have just gone pear shaped with this company.Thats why i am looking to join nildram.
