I had Nildram line put into one of our Directors houses at the end of last year and the line is up and down like no one's business
Checked config and all is correct, BT have been in and said line is fine and apparently showed the director this on his laptop?
Internet light keeps dropping to orange on the DG834G (WiFi) router and thats it for a few days, I have checked and the firmware is the latest, so in the end I have ask Nildram for a new router to be sent to me so I can put the config file on and post it to this guy again as Nildram now think the router is to blame?
Does that sound right or not? To be honest I can't see what else it can be as I have checked and double checked all settings etc and BT say all is well (which I take with a pinch of salt really....but)
