Hey all,

Am off to buy a pressure washer today, working right by the sea has seen my car in recent weeks covered in greasy salty crud and I want to try and keep it off the car.

I figured a pressure washer would be a good way to give the car a weekly blast over so I ask you ocuk motors - How are nilfisk? The centennial is on offer at Argos for £85 and while it was cheaper at Amazon some time ago I missed that boat!

Thanks

I have a nilfisk, not sure on the model but its been pretty decent over the few years I've had it. Nothing's broken and its easy to get attachments etc for it

I'm just trying to convince myself I need one! Plus side is it's attachable to a water butt, which means I can just feed it from low pressure water as I don't have an outside tap and the adapter I have sprays water everywhere!

Nevermind the pressure washer gents, just found a lovely little dent with some red paint in my door.

Guess I'll be paying to get that fixed first.

I've had a Nilfisk for the past 3 years. I used it mainly for the driveways and paving in the rear garden. Never serviced it and it has never skipped a beat. Karcher on the other hand, I've never had one last more than 2 years.

I've only had my Nilfisk for about 3 months now, I forget the model but it was around £120 iirc. I'm very pleased with it though, my Dad has always had Karcher ones and it seems to be built a bit nicer.

Picked it up today, having already washed the car I settled for cleaning my mums garden patio up... worked a treat :)

Thanks all

Mine came with the patio cleaning attachment which is surprisingly good, stops all the crap and water flying back at you too.
