Ninja difficulty in Grid ?!?!

Just popped on for a quick game in SP got to the difficulty select screen and it showed this :

When did they add this, was it in the last patch ?

*Title's suppose to say Grid .. =/

It's Ninja Mode. You don't see the other cars.....but they're everywhere and anywhere..............................*shifty eyes*

Its about the same as extreme, I can't really tell the difference between the two
