UE5 remaster of NG2
Available today.
Available today.
It's a great remake! ALhtough, strictly speaking, it's a NG2 Sigma remake. I've completed the original NG2 on Xenia emulator a few months ago and it was an epic game, truly one of the best games of all time. The remake is unfortunately once again using NG2 Sigma as its source material, so there are way fewer but tankier enemies and bosses here. But it is still awesome and mods will rebalance it just like they did with Sigma.Waiting to see what actual version it is.
It does to me, not sure if it's just something iffy with the Game pass version. Apparently the Steam version has more updates with DLSS support among other things.Really enjoying this but it seems to top out at 120fps?
Also, it it just me or does FSR3 native seem to be nothing of the sort? Looks considerably worse than all upscaling off.

) and for me the camera is perfectly fine. My biggest complaint is with the vastly reduced enemy numbers and how they compensate with relative tankiness. But there is a big patch coming up, really hope it will address this. It's a 8 or 9 out of 10 remake of an 11/10 original game. It's different, "they don't make games like this any more", super violent, super fast, simple yet deep combat mechanics. I'd advise watching some short guides before playing though, as there is little handholding here. E.g.Never played the original.
Is it good?
Yep, this does look like a bug, I have it also. I also don't remember seeing this before the patch. All (?) other levels seem to be ok though.I'm noticing quite a few missing textures, I don't remember seeing this before the patch :/
