Ninja Gaiden Sigma

Hey guys, just wondered if many people have this on the PS3 and could tell me if its worth buying? I can get it for £22.50 with staff discount at work. I have played the Xbox versions and really enjoyed them, is this just a re-hash with better graphics? Thanks.

yes basically, and a bit more content.

Apart from the extra bits in the game theres also some different game modes for both characters, such as time attack modes on the PSN. Its probably worth playing through still as its still a good game on the PS3.

I would say its worth it yeah, but I must say I didnt enjoy it as much as I did Ninja Gaiden Black. Sigma just seemed a whole lot easier and dumbed down in certain areas that didnt need touching one bit, but for some reason the developers felt it was necessary

I'll put it this way I cut down Alma on Hard in under a minute, using only a small elixir. I would say Sigma's hard mode is comparable to Black's Normal mode.

In short its a prettier, easier Ninja Gaiden Black with added content.

lol, I thought this was a genuis thread title talking about how you can't get along with Ninja Gaiden games.
As it is, it's an unfortunate typo.

Yes it's worth getting for £22.50, unless of course you've played it a few years ago already on the Xbox.

I've also being thinking about getting this game. Never played the original and have a 360 for other games so Sigma is quite enticing being an exclusive.

Is this true? No wonder I was finding it rather easy compared to what it used to be when I was playing Ninja Gaiden Black on the Xbox. I just thought it was down to my skills I picked up on the xbox version :p

Woah, excuse me. I went a bit mental. I was thinking Ninja Gaiden II. Serves me right for having loads of tabs open and the last thing I read was McDaniel saying "NINJA GAIDEN II!!!".
My bad.

I've no idea whether its true or not its just how it felt to me when I played them both since I played Sigma on Normal and Hard then went back to Black on Hard straight after and found Black a lot harder.
