Ninja on Intel board. I need some help

i threw away my manual for the scythe ninja and i dont know how to put it onto my new core2duo board. could someone either link me or tell me how to do it. i have the 2 brackety things and some screws and washers. just need to know which way to put it on and where the washers go.

wish it was that easy i have the original version! and it has different mouting brackets.
