Ninja Staysharp/Henckels knife sets and other options?

Hi,

I'm looking at replacing a set of kitchen knives which although were quite inexpensive, have served me well over the last couple of years. Looking at Ninja Staysharp knives, it appears though that for some reason the available sets here in the UK are very limited. I see in the USA for example, there are much more different sets available including one with 6 x steak knives included in the block.

Having Googled it, Henckels knives also get decent write ups, there are a few places doing the Henckels 'Modernist' 7 piece sets for discounted prices.

Budget is around £100-£200.

Depends on which knives you want need.

I've had some of the Pro Cook Elite knife's for the last 12-18 months - Can't fault them - nice feel, super sharp and stay very sharp.

Change a couple of the knifes - Dropped the carving knife for another larger santoku knife - but very happy.

You can play around with building your own set etc. Some good bargains there at the moment. Got the nice Magnetic Glass Block and whetstone with it as well.
