Nintendo Press Conference - About 19.15 This Evening

I believe Gamespot are showing the press conference in full.

I cannot wait for this as although I am not a Nintendo fan boy, I am VERY much looking forward to it and really hope they show Sony what a press conference about a next gen console should be about.

Zelda, Mario tennis with a REAL motion sensing gamepad/thing. Bring it on.

I'm looking forward to finding out the prices, the other consoles are too expensive for me so i'm hoping the wii is quite cheap.

I thought the press conference was at either 4:30 or 5:30.

WOW - That was better than anything I expected. Too many points to go through. Am going to goto bed and look again in the morning and try to take it all in.

I wonder what a WWE game would be like, sure people may not like WWE, but a wrestling game with steel chairs and all that on a Wii could be so much fun.

Interestingly enough, I too would like to see how a Wrestling game would play out, especially after seeing the crazy lady doing the running.

Regarding the Virtual Console.

It also will be home to new games conceived by indie developers whose creativity is larger than their budgets.

For a company which as for many years had a "Members Only Club" type mentality this is GREAT news for gamers. Wii WILL be seeing innovative games on this new console, no doubt about it.

I too have never purchased a console on launch before... I WILL BE. I may even be in the Que at midnight
