nintendo wifi error code

got an error code when using my nintendo ds on wifi, code was 20109. Said to remake my nintendo wifi id (i assume just deleting and re-adding my router settings?) and try again. When I test connection it works but on certain games, tetris/ diddy kong racing ds it gives me that error whilst mario kart ds works fine.

anyone else come across this problem?

Have you checked the Nintendo Wifi website for info on the error?
That is the best place to start.

sorted the problem, but does anyone know how to reset the factory default settings on the nintendo ds?
