Quick question really.... does the 17 day rule (14 + 3 days to allow for postage) still apply for the authorities to send a NIP out over the Xmas period?
I fear I may of been caught by a mobile speed camera on Saturday 9th December, which would mean the 17th day is the 26th December (Boxing Day).
I'm not turning this in to a 'just take it on the chin and accept it' thread, I just want to know the facts, as the 18th December is the last day for postage before the Xmas break.
