Can anyone tell me the penalty for driving a mechanically propelled vehicle in a public place without reasonable consideration to other users, basically undertaking then pulling infront of a unmarked police car ahead of slow moving traffic on a dual carriage way. Thanks in advance.

Undertaking is not prohibited in all cases. It depends on the circumstances and whether you moved to the left specifically to pass the vehicle.

Undertaking and then cutting up another vehicle/ moving into thier braking space in front of them isn't recommended, especially if the other vehicle is a copper

So helpful some you, not. Tell me something I don't know. It was unmarked cop car with tinted windows. Not something I do normally, but he was driving really slow. Probably to encourage me to be stupid. Can anyone give me a reasonable answer to my question, or am I just going to get smart ass comments?
