My last car was an 2013 Audi A6 and all of my music was stored on an SD card (it has 2 SD card slots one for satnav one for music), really easy to navigate through to change tracks etc.

We've just swapped to a 2017 Nissan Qashqai and I must be a bit thick as i've managed to pair my phone to the car but cannot get my head around how to play music, can it navigate through tracks etc, if not what can I do to add a second SD card or a way to be able to select and play tracks? Is it a complete swap out of the head unit or?

Very confused.

Tried vaious USB sticks, some it recognises some it doesn't - all formatted to Fat32 - message is no music fioles found - all music is in folders and in mp3 format...guess I'll be sticking to listening to the radio.

Thats odd mine works fine, all mine are mp3 I just go to audio and the usb usually shows up tap on it and pick what I want to listen to. Does it not appear when you press the Aux button?

I just found this video skip to 14 mins to see the usb stuff.

Seems earlier media systems don't like any USB sticks over 32Gb for some reason.
