Nitro Concepts S300 replacement parts

I think many/most of the gaming/office chairs tend to use standard sized gas lift mechanisms, if you measure the one in your chair you'll probably be able to find a replacement (Noblechairs who are owned by the same parent company as OCUK do replacements in a couple of heights for example).

The biggest issue with replacing them tends to be that they can be very hard to remove from the "spider" and the underside of the chair as they are push/friction fit and after a while they really do get tight, I've tried to do it a couple of times with mixed results.

Hi. i have the above chair but have found that the gas canister has pushed through the base spider an is now directly on the floor. Is it possible to get a replacement spider base for this chair???

I had exactly the same problem 2 months ago with my S300. I contact them directly and they gave me a quote for a replacement. Problem is the base spider is plastic and I dont know why they design it that way instead of using metal because its going to happen again.

So I purchased this instead https://www.amazon.co.uk/office-rep...+22+mm+wheels+50+mm+gas+spring+,aps,56&sr=8-1

Fits perfectly and cheaper than what I was quoted by Nitro.
