nLite or vLite

Morning

I have a retail copy of Windows XP SP2 and want to slipstream SP3 into it, along with adding/removing a few things. I have used nLite before but looking at the developers site, I'm a little confused as to which one to use now vLite is available.

I currently have Vista as my OS and would like to know which one of the Lite apps would be better to use for slipstreaming XP on Vista's GUI?

I think you use nlite to create XP disks and vlite for Vista ones regardless of which OS you're running it on.
