nLite probs

Any nlite experts about on here?

I've created a XP SP3 cd, with various drivers and a few apps, but when I try and install it via MS Virtual Machine it hangs on the "setup is starting windows" message.

Any idea what it could be? Do I need to add the extras in any order?

For ref I've included:

Drivers:
VIA 4in1
VIA SATA
AMD C&Q
Forceware
Creative
GigEthernet
64 bit patch
Dual core fix

MS Updates:
SP2
RyanVM update pack
WMP 11
DX9c (dec)

Apps:
FF 2.01
MSN live
Tweak ui

SP3?

if you've used the unoffcial hotfix called sp3, then thats why you're having problems

post on msfn in the nlite section, attatch your lastsession.ini

-use a clean source each time by the way

I just mean all the post sp2 fixes, I just called it SP3

I have posted on the nlite forums but not heard anything yet.

Oh and I used a copy of XP with SP1 already on it. Should I have started with a non SP copy of xp?

So I'm still a bit stuck, any other ideas?

Make your ISO again. But leave off a few things like '64bit patch' and 'Dual core fix'.

Test and eliminate.

Ms Virtual machine probably uses different drivers/hardware than your system will have, I think it's the case. I know with VMware it works like that..
