No acknowledgement of order received

I went ahead and ordered a chair this morning and went through the process of a finance application which was approved. I have confirmation of this and I also have a deposit pending in my bank.

After the finance application was approved it redirected my back to overclockers and asked me to login which I did. (Ordered prior to logging in).

I have not received any order confirmation for the product. I thought this process would be automatic but I'm wondering if it's because it's still the Christmas holidays and they are closed?

I can't, but I made the order when I was logged out. It only prompted me to login after completion of finance. I couldn't immediately login as I had to reset my password (not sure if that messed up something) but the payment looks like it's come out and I have all my finance documents through

I'm not in a position to confirm (as I don't work for the shop), but based on the below message on the website, I would suggest that they are probably only re-opening today, and so orders will start to be dispatched today for tomorrow delivery onwards.

Obviously there will be a bit of a backlog, both in terms of orders to be processed and customer support tickets, so I'd suggest being patient at this point.

I will do thank you. I was just worried that I have got this credit application and the order might have not gone through but you are right.

Finance orders IMO take a few hours to complete as I think the shop has to manually link the order to the finance agreement.
