SATA cable is a SATA III cable but i have not change it, i will change it and test this.

sorry i dont understand, if i change to raid, where i connected my only one SSD ?
Did you mean PORT 3+4 i make a raid without a storage and on Port 1 or 2 i connected my SSD ?
 
I have change the SATA cable with another one but the same problem.

I have make a RAID, respectively in BIOS the SATA Port who is the SSD connected on RAID enable posed, then in WIN7 by an standard update NVIDIA-Driver is updated because of change to RAID.
In the raid-configuration i posed spanning and blocksize to auto and put only ssd who is raid-enabled to the array.
So in win7 the storage is integrated to JBOD, i testet the benchmark:
112 MB/s read and 137 MB/s write.

Is the 32bit system the problem ???
I have no more idea it´s incredible.
