Hey,

So I've finally finished building my pc, and almost everything is working perfectly -one of the main issues being the lack of audio. I've tried everything I could think of here - updating drivers, switching cables around, and all the obvious ones like plugging the speakers in, haha. It would be a great help if you could lend a hand, it would really make my day!

Cheers,

A

Yeah dude, everything's all working here. Got my speakers plugged into my ipod just now, they work perfectly! Its more that they don't work when I plug them into the I/O ports. They're Logitcech Z323s with a p6t7 mobo

Cheers!

Does your system, (no specs supplied), have an audio device built in to the video card that is set as the default output device ?

Go to volume control, rightclick and check playback devices if you have such options and check which device is your default audio output. You may have to configure the settings and make your speakers the playback device.

Ah wait, I did some wiring and plugged the speakers into the headphone jack, so it works now! And to think somebody suggested RMAing it...oh well. Cheers anyway!

So you plugged the speakers into the front of your case?

If so, your mobo may still be faulty.

Sorry to say this but, high price does not mean it is going to be fault free.
