Everyone seems to be against Microsoft in here but I thought it would be nice to see a positive thread for a change.

/Note: I'm usually agains MS myself so I don't need a list of reasons to hate them should any negative nancy feel the need to provide one...

Well duh. Microsoft never said there would be one in the first place. It was just a BBC news article that got stretched and exaggerated all out of proportion. The media love to do anti-Microsoft stories because it brings in visitors.

I didn't think they would, but I thought it was good that they stood up and said outright that they would not. And better yet that developer saying they'd have no one to program it if they did... (if that is true)

M$ wont intentionally backdoor the OS because it would be commercial suicide when found out. However there will be no need, I am sure vista will have more security holes than a sieve.
