You can post in the customer services forum if you don't get a game or something with a product you've ordered - that happened with my 4870, I was supposed to get company of heroes with it, I posted there and they sent it out free of charge along with Tomb Raider Anniversary. :)

I didn't get mine either but was told it would be sent out. Now I've received an email asking to download it.

I've sent another webnote as that is not what the offer was I was assured it was a disk in a white sleeve.

I don't want to have to download a copy.

the retail game comes with 3000 points so is worth having
im not sure of stock levels but will do my best :)
