No beep at boot

Recently built a new computer, and it works brilliantly.

However, when I boot the system up, I'm sure the motherboard or something should beep to signify a 'post' (is this correct?)

It's probably not important, I just feel safer hearing a beep, lol

Can anyone help ?

Dont worry about it, boards dont have buzzers anymore, they come with the case usually and theres normally a pair of pins to attach it too.

If everything is working as it should then why worry.

Yeah stulid, I totally agree, but its just I've ALWAYS heard beeps before.
