Hi there

My spec :
Asus M4A79t deluxe
phenom 2 x4 965BE
4 GB DDR 3 Corsair 1600
MSI Radeon 7950 (dead)

So I had a lot of problems recently, and I wonder if my motherboard have issues. When I boot the pc, I don't have any beep. It should be one short beep right ?

But I can boot into windows no problem and use the pc normally. It's just that during the past few weeks, I had a lot of problems, such as pc wouldn't cold boot, and lately, well during a gaming session, my graphics just died...

I'm wondering if this is all motherboard related ?

The BEEP is post (Power on self test).

1 Beep is good.
Multiple beeps / various beep patterns is not good.

No beep is just the speaker not working. Locate it inside the case and follow the wire, if you don't have the motherboard manual you may not know where to plug it in, but at least youll see its unplugged and it'll give you some peace of mind.
