I'm going to start clearing the rubble from the floor and start on some doors next. It's a 'touch' loud.

do you really want to build a car in a space that small?! i mean... how will you even get it out of the house! :o :p :D

All credit to you - this is an awesome project! Beneficial both economically and environmentally too I should imagine.

Cool project so long as it doesnt annoy the neighbours too much! No idea how far apart the houses in your street are though :)

The less pretty side of the shed, the black marks on the roof are where i sealed the cracks in the asbestos with my underseal gun ;)

The lower shed belongs to the shop downstairs, they let their cats live it in. The large building to the left is the social club, if they can make constant thumping noises, so can i :p

Do you like the little leanto that i put up last year? Needed somewhere to keep my oil :D

Got an escort estate center section to fit, somehow.

 Gallery has a comment after only 1700 views

Famous last words :(

Ran it for half an hour this afternoon, it busted one of the floor bolts :(

Next step is a two layer timber base with rubber isolators between the layers, looks like Machine Mart is getting a visit tomorrow.

Bum.

Dig a whole in the ground then concrete dave in there. That will stop the little bugger trying to run away :D

What you need are those cotton reel rubber mounts, 4 of them about 50mm diameter each. That'll isolate the bad vibes and it won't shear the floor bolts.

Next you have to go raid Kwick Fit's junk pile for free silencers and tubes and make yourself a long system with a few silencers in there. You should put one on the intake as well and you'll probably silence it down to the point that you can barely hear it running when next to it.

Great project, great to see an update :D
