No boot!

Have you tried setting the voltage and timings manually in the BIOS?

Try each stick individually in case one (or more) is faulty.

As an aside what operating system do you have?

You need the professional or higher editions of 64 bit Vista or W7 to use more than 16GB.

i tried 3 sticks and it booted :) then added the rest.
running at 4.2. not clocked the ram or anything, but seems really nice ram :)

Cheers.

Filling all of the RAM slots can have a detremental effect on overclocking due to the extra strain on the memory controller.

The settings you are using now for 4.2GHz may no longer work with 6 sticks of RAM. You may not be able to overclock to 4.2GHz at all.

With all 6 slots filled you need to redo your overclock and see how far you can get.

Did you note my comments about the operating system?
