No bootup. Help!

My computer no longer boots up, the mobo power light is on, fans spin normally and dvd-drive had power. Most things are fine, my monitor reads: No signal and there is no USB power.

I think its a problem with my ram but i dont want to order new ram until im sure. I have tried cleaning the ram sticks with no sucsess.

Any suggestions?

might be your Ram . is your graphics card built in the motherboard or in the pci/agp slot??

try plugging your monitor in the onboard graphics card to see if this works ?. on the other hand i aint no expert.
And if you got (for example 2gb ram) x2 take one ram out and keep one in if no joy vice versa with the other ram.
if no joy wait for the pc gurus. lol

EDIT- on the other hand this has happened to me many of times & sometimes it aint even been the ram!
