no connection on live?

hi

cant seem to connect to xbox live?

i was on it a while ago, and my network is ok because my laptop picks up my wireless network?

what could it be

please help

Run the connection test and see what is failing.

hi

i just took it out and reconnected it and the light on it went green and im back on live

still dont understand why that happened :confused:

, as i cant of just disconnected?

Mine does that but only if i go wireless?, so i just stick in my cable and its fine,,, Ps3 and Wii, work fine though,, very strange
